What we offer

Visitors to this website can register for, and purchase tickets to, events that the World Women Charitable Trust organises. Each event will take place on a date that is clearly stated during the registration process. We do not offer any subscription services, and there are no subscription billing cycles whereby the credit card you supply will be charged for any additional services after the transaction for which you supply your credit card details.

Refund and Return Policy

Cancellations received until December 12th are subject to a $75 processing fee. Cancellations received from December 13th through January 14th are subject to a 10% penalty fee. Cancellations received from January 15th through February 16th are subject to a 25% penalty on price of registration. No refunds will be provided after February 16th. However, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend upon advice to us. Please email all cancellation requests to contact us.

How we keep your payment information secure

We use Payment Express to process all credit card transactions relating to bookings and purchases made through this website. During registration, you will be transferred to a Payment Express page where your credit card information will be securely collected and processed on our behalf. We neither store nor collect credit card information directly on this website. In the event that you purchase a recurring subscription, such as a monthly or annual membership, your credit card details will be stored securely by Payment Express for processing on the agreed intervals. You will receive an email confirming each payment when it occurs.
