Keynote speech

The Ladies Are Coming ... Along with a whole new economic model.

We live in truly transformational times. Our economic system has resulted in 8 men having the same wealth as 3.5B people. Our traditional institutions are challenged with the pace of disruptive change and our innovations are coming from places we never imagined. It is in this context that women are emerging to lead us on a new path forward. Women have more capital, buying power and influence than ever before and our unique leadership styles and lens on the world is a gift the world is just starting to realise. Vicki will take us on a journey to show how women's leadership, women's innovations and women's drive for a more just world is not only on the rise, it may be the solution to the challenges we are facing globally.
